County of Imperial DCSS Double Dipping El Centro, California
I'm a Medically retired law enforcement officer, paying child support plus arrears deducted from my retirement check, got a second job a few months ago and to my surprise DCSS started garnishing my wages. Why are they double dipping? Is it legal? I need Help! My son leaves 2 hours away, now I wont be able to pick him up... what can I do?
