CountyImports.com scam, can't reach them, and stole my money. Internet
I place in order online from countyimport.com and didn't receive a shipping tracking number or my order yet. I tried calling but only got a answer machine, let a whole lot of messages but did not hear back from anyone.

unfortunatly the new owners are having to defend themselves agaisnt deputes, greivances, complaints that were registered against old ownership of countyimports.com. We came into 100% of the site in 06-2013 and have not had any registered complaints against our company since ownnership has changed hands. Having stated the momentious event of our taking over countyimports we found this complaint a bit confusing. This shipment had to first be Taken by freight truck too the ocean liner that would recieve and deliver it to Hawaii. It does appear as reflected in shipping records below that countyimports did indeed keep its commitment to deliver as promised. Unfortunately it appears that Mr Shegeshi became impateint with the timeline for delivery and filed this complaint against the old countyimports team. We felt the need to respond to this one in particular because we are finding out that many shoppers are confusing new ownership with these reports. Customer placed order on August 27, 2012, for CMS 150cc Hornet SR 2 Motorcycle Scooter, color Red and White. Order processed same day, with stipulation that shipment arrival may be delayed on account of location of shipment: Hawaii, United States. Let it be noted: countyimports.com has not shipped any purchased unit to HI in 3+ years of recent history.
While other shipments have been turned away, countyimports.com has recently taken on a new shipping carrier so as to make shipments to HI feasible. However, in order to fulfill this type of order further recourse is required so as to ensure all customs and regulations are met while maintaining a guarantee of shipment within timeframe offered to customers of previously non-accommodated origin.
At the time of this customer's registered complaint (i.e., Sept. 11, 2012), said order was within 10 business days of initial processing. The website, http://www.countyimports.com/shipping_ clearly states that "typical" orders take 5-15 business days with some cases extending to 21 business days during the busy season (i.e., June-September). As such, the order identified above has maintained the superior level of customer service provided to thousands of customers prior.
