Beware Everyone!

This company, by the name Couriers on Call, is a pure scam!
On 25th January 2013, I urgently needed to ship an ebay item to a fellow customer.
I ordered their Urgent Same Day Delivery service.

The item I needed to deliver was a mere 500 grams in weight sculpture. But I was asked to pay 25 pounds! But knowing there was no other alternative, I paid for it unwillingly and THAT WAS THE HUGE MISTAKE I EVER DID!

After payment, I received an sms from my bank informing me the transaction of the payment I did to the courier company. I was instead, charged 100 pounds to my credit card!!! I tried to call them but all their numbers were not in used.

I later received an email from them that a guy by the name Steve J***** will be the driver to deliver my package. I was given his contact number too.  A delivery tracking order was given to me.

Knowing there's no other ways, I just let it be my huge mistake.
However 3 days later, my customer filed a dispute in eBay saying they did NOT receive any parcels.

I thought the customer was scamming me, but he insisted that he really didn't receive any parcel. In fact, he even threaten to file a lawsuit and contact the authorities.
I immediately tried calling CouriersOnCall.co.uk, but again, their numbers were non existent.

I kept emailing them demanding a reply but they did not even reply me at all. I emailed about 15 times a day, and finally they replied, but it wasn't a pleasant reply. They told me to f**k off and stop being like a dog barking at a tree. They even threaten to sue me for "cyber spamming" their emails.

I immediately called Steve J***** (the driver whom was suppose to deliver my package), and an old man pick up. He said he isn't working with them anymore because he wasn't paid despite delivering many packages to other customers for them. Steve further told me that whenever it was at the end of the month, instead of getting paid, he was told that the company was having some financial issues and they promise to pay their employees soon. However, instead of fulfilling their promise of paying them, they were told that they are out of work and couldn't be contacted further. The place where the parcels were to be picked up was closed, and they kept changing different pickup points to avoid their old drivers from finding the real them.

Then I realize their company's location was non-existent too.

Beware, my friends. Stay away from them at all cost.
