Courtney Anderson of Mill Valley, California posts fake pictures of properties on websites such as Air BnB, zillow, vrbo
He tries to get you to wire him money (which thank god i didn't) and when you arrive he puts you in a completely different place than he advertises. Yet he wont reduce the rate and you are stuck with the property.
He tries and scams his own merchant credit card processer by trying to get you to sign invoices that say you are advertising with his company Coalese.
I was lucky that American Express covered back half my charges and I will be pursuing the remaing half from them or in the court of law.
Beware of this con-artist. This has apparently happened multiple times with this gentleman. Pure FRAUD

Here is an example of places Courtney rents out:
homeaway.com/vacation-rental/p328391
Courtney and his wife Sandy are complete frauds that post fake pictures online. I have been in touch with AirBnB, Home Away and Zillow on banning them permanantly which they are investigating at moment.
Also Courtney Anderson will not respond to repeated emails, phone calls when you are at the property you have rented, which again let me remind you is not what he shows in pictures.
They also rent out places that are under construction (paid for a deck which was not usable) but he doesnt tell you this in the description, only when you get there. Also they claim to give you parking which they don't.
Courtney has a history of fraudulent activity with his so called fake company coalesce.com/our-leadership.htm (coalesce)
He tries to run your credit card thru this company which we have contacted Amex to put a motion to remove his ability to own a merchant account.
Thank god Amex returned part of our money and I am forever greatful to American Express for looking at the conflict and resolving it appropriately.
Sincerely,
Prakash Chand

This Person was in the Bay Area claiming he lived here while he tried to raise capital for his enterprises from Silicon Valley Venture firms.
He signed rental contracts for two separate stays and then once he had left, he told American Express we had not provided the services from Coalesce (there were none, this was a rental). He asked for invoices so he could deduct his vacation rental as a business expense.
I was traveling and did not receive the first queries from American Express till beyond the cutoff date. I did receive the second and Ameircan Express agreed it was an illegal chargeback. He chargedback over $21,000 (his entire rental amounts for the two stays), and I had to swallow $over $10,000 which I and not been here to contest.
This was the fraud. It is intereting how, Prakash Chand, filed this report after I filed a report on him.
Coalesce has been in business for 35 years and is a Life Science Innovation Consulting Company that is working with billion dollar cooprations as well as startups and we have a long list of successful commerciallation of innovative new technologies that solve intractable problems in Alzheimer's, Early Cancer Detection, Cancer immunotherapies and a host of other areas.
Northern California Vacations is a company that rents our properties and the properties of other owners and has had 10 years and hundreds of guests without a single incident or complaint.
Prakash Chand is a true person you should avoid if you want to protect yourself.
Best Regards,
Courtney Anderson
