Coventry One has given me the run around to discontinue my coverage. First they said that I could not call to discontinue ahead of time. I called because I knew the date the health insurance from my new job would start. then when I called the day before my new coverage would start they said it would take 10 to 14 days for then to cancel the coverage. Now they are not showing that I cancelled and are still sending me a bill. The Healthcare Market Place has me down as cancelled but Coventry One is still sending me a bill. I only went to the Dr. one time during the 7 mo. that I had their coverage just the part of the premium I was paying should have covered that visit. But now that I have real health insurance and a real medical problem with my right foot and it is a new year so I might meet the deducitable I might go to a real dr. instead of self treatment. What a concept having a medical doctor take care of a chronic medical problem.
