I am a Technical Support Tech on the Cox Social Media Support Team. I know how frustrated I get while waiting for internet pages to load or downloads to finish, and I don't want anyone to have to deal with that frustration! I want your services to work just as I expect my services to work when I get home, and I want you to get the internet speed for the tier of service that you pay for.
I apologize that you've been experiencing such chronic speed issues with your internet and that we have not adequately addressed the issue. I'd love the opportunity to take a look at what's happening and get the right people involved so we can resolve this for you!
