COX COMMUNICATIONS IS THE BIGGEST RIP OFF COMPANY YOU CAN HAVE SERVICES WITH. I GOT 2 ADDITIONAL BOXES WITH THEM FOR MY HOUSE & REQUESTED A BLOCK BE PUT ON BOTH OF THEM! THEY NEVER DID IT & I ENDED UP WITH $700 DOLLARS WORTH OF DISGUSTING PORNO PAY-PER VIEWS ON MY BILL OF WHICH I HAVE NEVER REQUESTED IN ALL THE TIME I HAVE BEEN WITH THEM ! THEY LIE AND HARRASS THEIR CUSTOMERS! i was told to pay one hundred & some odd dollars & my services would be re-connected & they connected the cable & the internet but notr the phone & down right lied to me in doing it. they said my service would be back on & yet they will not turn back on. they are the biggest rip off company I know!

You seem to be the guilty one here. YOU, yourself can block it yourself. I have Cox and can do the same thing. The only one harrassing anyone is you yourself. Here's a tip, quit ordering porno, and your bill will stay the same every month. Get a clue.

When ordering any pay per view service you must have a secret pin number. Apparently someone in your house is ordering these services. It's up to the customer to be responsible for what goes on in their home.

Report them to Federal Trade Commission also the Federal Regulatory Board for Television obcenity. While you are at it report them to Internal Revenue Service at irs.gov and download form 3949A. Make a copy and send it by Certified Mail. This form will entitle you to 10% of what they find wrong with Cox and I am sure there are problems with their billing. Good luck.
