Ordered the WuYi tea in August. Got my cc statement 09/08 and noticed I was charged twice. Called the number on the cc statement 866-834-6883 and was told to give 5 - 10 business days for a credit.
I cancelled any future orders. Called 10/08 said they would email the company, call back in 2 days if I didn't see the credit on my statement.
11/08 called and was told the credit was not issued to call 800-870-7183, which I was hung up on 3 times.
