cps of lansing mich sue took my kids and shot my kids dog in front of them lansing, Michigan
CPS came at 10 pm and took my kids after they said case was closed .Next they gave back after two days.Know they came in and was going to take kids and they shot my kids dog in front of them and did not take kids.My kids and me don't want to go home.All this because someone calls in saying things but all lies.I don't know what to do .I go to court on febuary 14,15 to see if they give kids back or take .Please help.

CPS can walk in & remove any child for any reason, with or without evidence. They will tell you they are above the Constitution & can circumvent State Laws to remove a child. They get a $4,000- $6,000 bonus from the federal government for evey child put into foster care. They are encouraged to find abuse & neglect even if it doesn't exist.

Maybe it wasn't CPS that shot the dog, but I'm sure there was cop along. So, you may be one of those that doesn't believe the videos in Detroit where CPS was accompanied by a tank, swat team & helicopter to remove a child. Belive me, this happens & the cops & CPS claim that if they commit a crime, it is a civil infraction, not a legal infraction.

This report has more holes than swiss cheese therefore I suspect it is FALSE or a setup to make CPS look like animal abusers - If this is the type of report you want to file I hope you never get those kids back.

Besides the fact that CPS thoroughly investigates any allegations before taking action, in most places CPS is notorious for NOT doing enough even in cases of genuine child abuse.
I hate to say it, but if they really took action this drastic, then you must be a profoundly horrible parent.
