Complaint Review: CPS Riverside County - moreno valley Select State/Province

On May 22, 2012  which is a Tuesday.CPS wrongfully took my son into their custody without prior notice. I spoke with Tracy Valoff that previous Friday an we agreed to meet an discuss the allegations that following week. So why 2 business days later my son is taking from school without notice. I was fully cooperating so why did cps take my son before they could prove the allegations? Apparently because my aunt eleanor reid is employed by cps. Her mandated report means the lies are automatically true! I look back how I asked my family and cps for help in February because larrys crack addiction and domestic violence was getting out of hand. If my aunt would have helped me get my complaint through in February against cps.I would still have my son today. That was the second time cps refused to drug test larry. CPS denied me help and told me to go to Family Court.The judge ruled in my favor because I presented the proper evidence showing larry to be abusive and on drugs as well. The judge kicked larry off his own property. An granted me possession of the property until 2016.The judge also put in place a restraining order protecting jeremiah from larry until 2016.Also the judge ordered larry parenting class because CPS refused to.  I told the judge that I did not want larry to have visitation rights due to his crack habit and domestic violence. Unfortunately against my wishes the judge awarded larry visitation rights upon agreed party. That is why larry sold the house. Along with him needing the money to support his expensive crack habit. May 23,2013 would have been the last day of Family court to have the restraining ordered modified and to establish paternity. CPS took my son from me without a proper investigation. This video shows clearly how my rights are an have been violated. Tracy Valoff and her supervisor Roseann Muro took my son from me not from larry. In this video you can see how I was double teamed and treated unfairly. CPS took my son not because they had a right too; but because they could. The things CPS personnel said in this video isent consisted with what was written in there report. Just like I had to prove everything else.I have no problems with proving there allegations is a lie also. Like I said all along CPS is full of s**t too. Tracy Valoff and her supervisor Roseann Muro are the same people I had a complaint against back in February because they closed the referral after I insisted on there help. Of course they had to take my son from me when they had a chance.They should be held accountable for the lives they help ruined. I will like to say good-luck and thanks to the lawmaker Donnelley who is fighting to have CPS audit. For all those involved the pain you have caused me and my child. I promise you pain also! It is not okay for CPS or any other social services or school for that matter to discriminate against a person because of there disability. Im not scared im mad because im fighting for justice and I can't seem to get it. I know this once I stop seeking Justice. I will seek revenge an it will reach in all places. For now im being patient and keeping calm. They may have my baby in custody but im not in jail. So to my defense I have the video that conflicts with CPS report that they filed with Juvenile Court under oath! In the report CPS is stating that they everything possible; so that wouldnt have to take my child. CPS is also stating that I refused there assistance back in September 2012 and Febuary 2013. That is clearly a lie and I have the proof right here in this video!. MAMMA LOVES YOU BABY! IM FIGHTING FOR YOU ALL THE WAY! YOU WILL BE HOME SOON THAT'S A PROMISE! THE ONLY WAY I WONT BE ABLE TO GET TO YOU IS IF IM IN JAIL FOR MURDER! AN IT WILL BE A SPREE NOT JUST 1! I know alot of people may not get this video. But this video is a very big piece of the puzzle of my picture. I call life!
