let it be known to all men that CQD.com, my 22 year old, active with website and 2 email addresses has been STOLEN.

Do not buy this domain from the reseller who has it. He knows it is stolen! i have told him.

I have asked for it back, and he refuses. He just wants to make a profit on my hard work! He had put me "out of business".

My web presence and all my marketing (digital and printed) since 1996 is down the tubes. Google anaylics, PPC, reputation. - DEAD.

I will work to get my domain back as long as it takes. I just want it back!

Do not buy this domain, it is considered stolen property and will be in legal battle until i get it back.

thank you.

CQD.com Returned to Rightful Owner VOLUNTARILY!

The matter of the CQD.com domain ownership has been RESOLVED!

Investigations will continue to find the theif who orchestrated the fraudulant sale of the CQD.com domain.

James Booth of BQDN.com returned (pushed back) the CQD.com today, Septemerb 24, 2018. At approximately 10:24AM EST emails began flowing into the @cqd.com email through the owners mac mail. The website is again pointed to the proper web site (of 22+ years). A battery of accounts and informaitonal emails came streaming in for about 10 minutes this morning.

* Thank you James Booth, BQDN.com for voluntarily returning my CQD.com domain.

* Thank you to Namepros.com who i originally thought was one of the theives, to humbly find out it's a forum for domainers to discuss domains. Without the kind people interacting on the site, spending their time to unravel the case, the domain would probably be lost for a very long time, if not forever.

* Thank you for the resurrection of Grilled! I am forever indepted to you. If you are ever in FL you have a couch to crash on...at the beach, or scalloping trip (early july) or HORSEBACK ride! LOL. No words can express how grateful i am to YOU!

*Thanks to EVERYONE whose input helped to resolve this matter.

My cqd.com website has been updated.

James Booth manned up and returned my CQD.com domain. I will work hard to find the culprit who did this and see they are put in jail and pay restition if at all possible. i will never stop!

PS: CQD.com is NOT for sale at this time! However, anyone who wishes to procure the domain at a later date, at a negotiated price between Pre Qualified Buyer and Authenticated Seller; be prepared to utilize an attorney with a blue ink signature, copy of valid ID and notarized paperwork! The transaction will take place in the City of Seller's choice - Gainesville, FL!

CQD.com has been Voluntarily RETURNED to Rightful Owner - James Booth of BQDN.com. RESOLVED!

#3Author of original report

Wed, April 25, 2018

James Booth of BQDN.com has voluntarily returned the CQD.com domain to its rightful owner on Sept 24 2018!

During a emotional and grueling, 3.5 month battle over who "owned" the CQD.com domain; legal teams, expert witnesses, cyber forensic detectives and private citizens, all helping to investigate and interact in the "curious case of the stolen CQD.com domain". On Septemeber 24, 2018, James Booth "pushed back" the cqd.com domain to it's original inceptor and owner, Rebecca Burns of ComQuest Designs.

"Thank you James Booth, for returning my 22 year old domain to me. You did the right thing, ethically and morally. I am still working on tracking down who hacked into my web hosting account hence gaining access to my email account enabeling the fruadulant sale."

When Ms. Burns first discovered her domain missing from her registrar's account, Network Soltions, she "freaked out" and began making a lot of noise to get it back. Some of the information was wrong about names and businessess thought to be involved, and who she thought stole her domain (business) of 22 years.

Approximatley 3 .5 months later, with the help of one special, volunteer domain guru, Ms. Burns says she now understand how James Booth purchased her CQD.com domain through a fraudulant transaction on a money transfer transaction desk platform.

"As a businessman, I absolutley respect the huge, voluntary move James Booth of BQDN.com made to return my domain in a good faith gesture. To cry with for joy is a wonderful feeling. I am feeling joyful at this time. I am also still working on and willing to help track down the theif and press charges against any and all entities that played a role in the sale of my domain through thr fraudulant transaction. I want all parties involved to go to jail and pay restitution to me and Mr. Booth!"

This matter has been resolved. James Booth, thank you for doing the right thing! It will come back to you ten fold.

Thank you.
