First to Kem, CR England did not revoke the CDL. The State of CA did. This happened to some close freinds of mine that went through the same facility. CR England is a 3rd party examiner, and can test and issue CDL's. HOWEVER, that facility was busted in cutting corners on training and pushing through non qualified drivers just to get them into their lease program. For Christine, You have recourse! Contact the OOIDA. They have several lawsuits aginst CR England and have been supporting drivers in your exact situation. CR England is legally obligated to retrain you and pay for your new CDL. They should do this without much of a fight and put you on as a company driver. After 6 months in the lease program, you are supposed to be guaranteed to be hired as a company driver as per what they advertise, and tell you in orientation. These lease programs are ONLY for the benefit of the company. It is IMPOSSIBLE to make any real money on any company sponsored lease program. That is why they fill those programs with new drivers who know nothing about the industry or what it takes to operate a truck. CR England lost at least one class action lawsuit that I know of for illegal leases that violated federal disclosure laws. Unless you go to Swift, you need to get your CDL back first before anyone will hire you. Good luck.

How can they, the company revoke your license? They are not the DOT, or the law. And your tickets are your responsility. Most of us already know that CR England is a ripoff compnay, and they got you. Did you do a background check on them? And how does one work for a year with no pay like you say? Somethings just do not make any sense here.
