Well I worked started working for cr in 1996. Idid thetrainingcrap , and student to student...of course they told everything you wanted to hear . But of course theres the crappy hotel and poor traing atthere facility...But I will say I started off onthe right foot at least with them..someone had given me advice.i trained in burlingtom nj. (No longer open) I only live 40 min away...well I told them I wasmtraveling daily they didn.t want me to attend classes...no problem..took there dumb room and still left late and went home..then to salt lake..got license, statred with trainer.. has a 3000 mile run every week. Sat in yard 3 of 7 days...for 4 weeks..still no problem...then did the student to student...20000 miles. Was to be15...to keep Iit short. With all this said and done it before months away from home so far.. asked to go home.. they said no.. find own transportation... no problem paid 1300 for a flight from salt late to jersey.. then proceeded back to dm, and told him he made one mistake..I made a career change .I wasnt broke...I hadnt even check my paychecks whole time I was there.well went home for 7 days.. they call3d me to come back, and I could go to a logistics fleet. I continued to work for them for 7 more years.. they wher great from that point on.....they are bad at first...dont try to work for them if your broke......thats the only way to beat them... im one of a lot of drivers that got them the same way...be careful they are crooks if you cant fight back
