The employees are taught to tell you that you're going to be part of the family and they want to put you in television ads by Marc. They use this ploy to rope the suckers in claiming they're going to give you a discount for your help? Once you commit they constantly conference call you to help them sell beds to new customers. This company has no standard pricelist and is able to pay their salespeople to use the public to help sell their beds. The Craftmatic adjustable bed company attitude is that you’re sick home in bed anyways. Many of their past customers have to change their phone numbers just to stop being harassed by the sales department.
