Craig Proctor Craig Proctor System Scamming my money, by "over promising and under delivering" New Market Ontario
To whom it may concern! 2/6/2019 Re: Craig Proctor I got scammed by CP system, why do I say that because the system that CP is preaching something that does not work the way he is presenting it, he is only telling you what you like to hear and "NOT THE WHOLE TRUTH” in order for the system to work you need to generate almost 500 leads and it will cost you thousands of dollars in advertising, "WHICH THEY DON’T TELL YOU” they also don’t tell you about the people "WITH WRONG PHONE NUMBERS” (like 20% of the leads), they don’t tell you about the people "WHO DON’T SPEAK ENGLISGH (15% of the Leads).
The other (15% of the Leads) who are VERY RUDE and hang up on you, and (40% of the Leads) you "CAN’T GET HOLD OF” no mater how many times and different times you try. I tried the system to the teeth for 3-1/2 months, and I got the above mentioned result, out of the 125 Leads, I only got 10 prospects to meet with me (which is a strong number) out of that I got (3 no show’s 4 cancelations & the 3 I met resulted in nothing).
Now CP will tell you that in the last 20 years that he has been doing seminars or conferences that 30,000 Real estate Agents have signed up, yes signed up to be present at the seminars (which is FREE) but only a hand full Agents have spend the money to be a part of the organization like my self, and many as you can see from the comments (attached documents) are very disappointed and feel like to be lied and taken advantage off.
They are also many other advertising tools you need to incorporate, as well as sign up to other websites that CP never mentions (which again cost’s you additional funds that you don’t have) To make the long story short THE CP SYSTEM SUCKS AND IT DOES NOT WORK THE WAY IT IS BEEING PORTRAYED and its VERY MISLEADING, they are other parts to it like "BAIT AND SWITCH” idea, which in some cases it’s not legal in California nor is it ethical.
If someone is sure of what they are selling and honest about it, they would not have a problem with refund right, (Only Crooks tell you NO REFUND) and if the System is as good as CP is teaching and he found a niche (Why is he not continue doing it him self), because it does not work, he is making more money by scamming people, who are looking for a better way in Real Estate to earn money. Please recover my money and put a stop to this CP system nonsense Richard jam.
