The last automated call that I received from this company said that the "cushions were in production and scheduled to ship in 2 weeks" - that was the day after the automated call saying that they would "ship in four weeks." It has now been over two weeks and I have contacted the Better Business Bureau AND my credit card company. I made yet another call to the company (11/16) and left yet another message asking for SOMEONE to return my call. (It is almost funny how nobody ever answers their phone during business hours...) I also said that I wanted to cancel my order and that I wanted my money back. Within hours I received yet another automated call that my moeny had been credited back. Unfortunately, I have yet to see it show up on my credit card. BUYER BEWARE! This company is scamming people for money and they string you along until your credit card company can not or will not do anything.

10/30 - I received an automated phone call today that stated my order was "in production" and was "scheduled to ship within the next 4 weeks." That means that an order that was placed in July will not be here until close to December! My husband immediately called the company and left a message that we would like someone (a person) to return our call within the next 24 hours. I will keep this website informed of what happens...
