I placed an order for sofa cushions (covers and foam), pillows, and chair covers for my This End Up furniture in early April, 2007. I was told at the time that it would take 2 to 2-1/2 months ''because of heavy order volume'' at the time.

Two or three weeks later I called and added seat and back foam for my chair to the order and was told that instead of 2 to 2-1/2 months, it would now be three months! And then four months!! It has now been five months and still nothing!!! (I did receive the two pieces of foam for the chair two weeks ago -- two pieces of mismatched foam. The seat foam is 1" thicker than the back foam and much denser.)

This company has given me excuse after excuse after excuse and still cannot deliver the items for which they have been holding my more than $500.00 for FIVE MONTHS! I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere before buying from Crate Furniture.

Somebody with the username Cfcs25 (Cfcs = Crate Furniture Customer Service?) sends a ''canned'' message to several people who filed a complaint against Crate Furniture/Homespun Home Fashions and that's supposed to make everything better? (''We have been providing quality service for over 25 years ...'') Sorry Cfcs25 but your ''apology'' is too little, too late. I can only pray that before anybody buys from CF/HHF, they read what your customers have to say about your company and your (lack of) service).

We have been providing quality service for over 25 years, the largest fabric mill in the USA shut its doors leaving us to deal with a number of customers that could not get their products. All related customers will or have received product or been refunded depending on their particular situation. This customer received their purchased product.
