Received merchandise 12/22. Never had any idea it was coming. Have not heard from company since order was placed. What a surprise I had when I opened boxes. Cushions were all separate in plastic bags-covers were not wrapped, just laying in a box. Last time I got cushions/ covers- everything came ready to go. Had to put covers on these cushions- a nightmare. The foam reaks of cigerette smoke, the covers have fabric pieces in the seams, had to re-sew 4 zippers that were coming apart. What am I to do. Can't send them back, would probably lose even more. No paper work in box- nothing at all. No invoice- not sure if my fabric protection was done. Cannot believe this. Please if you read this, DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Still waiting!! Haven't heard nothing from Crate Furniture. Have left repeated messages. Also notified local chamber of commerce and news. Received e-mail from one news station but nothing since. Will take over a month for my credit card to investigate. Had to go to fabric store and find material to cover cushions since I had recently painted and was waiting for new cushions to match. Really hope the owner Mark McCracken has a wonderful Christmas!! Good things come to good people.
