I encountered the exact same situation as other have reported. When I intitially called I did speak with a real human being who took my order and confirmed all the normal information for shippig and billing. I was told 6 to 8 week delivery time. Nine weeks passed... I was albe to get a real person on this call also by some luck. I was told they were backed up and it would be an addition 3 to 4 weeks before my order would be ready to ship. That was the last of talking to someone in person. I even tried calling from a different phone thinking ...caller ID and some sort of database that would kick it into "the answering machine". I recieved some automated phone messages in response toi the many calls I made to them. First, my fabric selection had been discontinued.. placed a new sample fabric order.. two weeks later four pieces of cloth showed up in the mail. OK they still have my address! and my money.. I called back and left my new fabric selection code and their lovely answering machine. I recieved another automated message that new order had been recieved and was being processed. That took place in Oct. 07'. It is now Jan. 08' and I can't get anyone to return my calls refund my money or send me what I have already paid for and shows up on my June 07' credit card. I am normally more patient than most, but now that I have reached that point. I will spare no expense (legal or other wise) in being compensated for this entire ordeal. If there is a class action suit in progress, please contact me via Rip Off Report.
