I received my cushions (8 months later) !!! I was very surprised since I had been asking for a refund since November of 2007. I'm happy to received what I ordered. Would I order from them again? Only if I can receive the item before I make payment. Interesting reading, the cratefurniture.com update.They say they have been providing quality service for 25 years. True, it's not their fault the fabric mill they used shut down. But the way cratefurniture.com handled this was. Running, hiding and avoiding communication with the customer is not quality service. This created a strong feeling of distrust. Who wants to do business with a company they don't trust? It has been an expierence. Thanks to Ripoffreport.com for creating this site to allow me the opportunity to get the word out...good & bad. CAM

We have been providing quality service for over 25 years, the largest fabric mill in the USA shut its doors leaving us to deal with a number of customers that could not get their products. All related customers will or have received product or been refunded depending on their particular situation. This customer received their purchased product.
