Cratefurniture.com Mark McCracken is a liar and a theif, took my money and won't give it back. Petersburg Virginia
I placed my order for replacement cushions on May 25, 2007, my personal check was cashed by cratefurniture on May 30, 2007. I never received my order, and like others, was lied to, given the run around, promised my cushions would come, then after I cancelled the order I was promised my refund had been issued. I have not been able to talk to anyone, just automated calls.
I received a letter from Mark McCracken dated January 2, 2008 assuring me the refund was in process. I have received nothing! I get automated calls occasionally telling me my credit card has been refunded and to check with my bank. I paid by check!!! I too, will join any suit against this company. They are thieves. I do not know how the people working there can sleep at night. Years ago we did business with this company and had wonderful customer service and a good product.
I had no reason to think my order would not be processed and completed. Don't do business with this company unless you want to give away your money and never see it again.
