I am having the same exact issue with this guy - the credit card application contained falsified information (they actually had someone fill out a second application and then handed it to me to sign as if I'd filled it out myself). Additionally, the sales slip and invoice both have discrepant model numbers.
Was this issue resolved and if so, how?

Upon review of all documents with my attorney, Invoice # 1604, which is the actual sales invoice, clearly changes everything. Located on the top right hand corner is the relevant purchase information. The invoiced item is for a 2006 Kawasaki Model STX15F with a Serial Number of USKAW44xx. Handwritten sales contract #2380 clearly states the purchase is for a New SeaDoo GTI SE with a serial number of USKAW44xx. In my opinion, this sale is now null and void. In closing, an acceptable outcome or shall I say desired outcome is: (1) return received vehicle and receive a full & complete refund of all funds paid, or (2) a lump sum refund of $4000.00 to cover all pricing differences, expenses related, and monetary compensation.
