bought a rc helicopter from CrazyApe.com . they told me it would ship in 2 weeks but it has been over a month and when i finally got their customer service they told me the helicopters where being held in customs...yeah, and pigs can fly...wish there was something i could do. hope there is others to do a class action suit

I am the new online marketing manager for Crazyape.com. I came on board here in November 2009 and in a few short months, I have corrected a lot of problems that existed here before me.

We no longer sell any gadgets or RC toys and only sell movie packs now (which has always been our core business). We ship same day with the only exception being if your order was placed on a Saturday or Sunday. We take customer service extremely seriously so if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we'll take it back and refund you your money. We promise to respond to your email or phone call within 24 hours.

We apologize for anyone who has had a bad experience with us in the past. We have corrected a lot of our past issues and pride ourselves on being a company that now has close to 100% customer satisfaction.

We apologize for the delay in shipping the Helichopter to you. Our US manufacturer of the goods promised us delivery dates that would have gotten the product to you within the stated ship times. They ran into Customs and shipping issues which lead to the delay in getting you your product. This happens from time to time and we are more than happy to refund your money. We do not practice this type of activity and this was a situation that we admit to being wrong with. We have a toll free customer service line the is open 9-5 during business days. Again, we apologize for the delay.
