Complaint Review: CRC MAGAZINE COMPANY - VIRGINIA BEACH Virginia

I was called by CRC of VA initially telling me about the great offer they had for me "completely free" aww now I knew there had to be a catch but I bit any way. After not receiving any magazines but none the less $67.00 was being taken off my card every month.. Finally I called my credit card and canceled all further transaction with CRC of VA. Then they call me this is where the rude and professional behavior came into play. I explained that I didn't want any thing other than the 8 months of magazines that were owed to me I only wanted to be canceled for there mailing and call list and my credit card wiped from there data base. The woman on the other end of the phone was rude and started saying that I would be billed and reported to a credit agency if I did not fulfill my obligation. I replied "my obligation where is CRC's obligation to there customer to provide them with there order." She started mumbling under her breath profanities and then raised her voice and said "if you don't pay we will garnish your wages and ruin your credit." I called her some choice names and hung up. She called back several times harassing me trying to disguise her voice. Cursing at me and hanging up. After about 15 minutes my son picked up the speaker phone and she said "let me talk to your F-ing mother" this she said to my 4 yr old son.... At this time I called CRC directly and told them to remove me from the data base all my information and never to call me again. I asked if they would deal with the rude woman who had called me and they denied that any thing like that could have happen...I just hung up and now I currently am going to file a law suit for misresperation from there company and for the harassing phone calls....CRC is the worst company I have ever encountered and I strongly suggest if you have any problems with them don't hesitate to contact an attorney

To those people that are sucked into those magazine service and are told that they can get out....Don't be fooled my partner and I are magazine services worst nightmare. We are ex collectors and no the ins and outs of any verbal contract and how to stop all telemarketing calls here is an e mail address attach you can visit. I am going to have to change my phone number to stop the calls and now they are calling my work and harassing me there. I am going to have to contact the Attorney General and see if they can do anything for me. It is against the law to make someone buy something they do not want.

If ya still can you should cancell your banking account and start a new one. That'll stop it. What magazines did you order?
