Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
In October 2010 I got a call from a very very persistent sales person, they called me 4 times a day every day for 3 weeks! Finally I answered the phone and this guy tole me about how I am eligible to go on a cruise and win a diamond watch all i had to do was select magazines and give him my card number. I know that i should have known better than to give my card number to some stranger over the phone but I was also going through a rough time and my better judgment was on vacation. My account was debited right away and i never heard from CRC of Virginia again. A month passed and i did not receive any magazines. I realized a made a mistake and tried to cancel my subscriptions with them the phone number that i called was disconnected and I could not find CRC of Virging anywhere online except for other people filling complaints about the scam they are running. I decided to cancel the card I used to open my subscription. A month later I received a call from them and bills for the magazines I never revieved. The collector who called me said i had a recorded contract which obligated me to pay them for their services. I have no idea what kind of water this recorded contract hold in court but i was very annoyed at this woman and the way she was speaking to me. She was threatening.

Fast forward to summer 2011. I woke but to my phone ringing around 9 a.m. and I answered it. It was a woman calling from CCSI she said that she worked for an attorney who was over seeing some kind of collections case on my behalf. I don't remember ever being informed that I was being sued and I certainly don't recall hiring an attorney from Great Falls. She told me that the complaint against me was for $1,200 but they would settle our of court for $700 and I can make 2 payment if I wanted to. Again she wanted my credit card number so that her office can debit my account and she  had me record another voice contract. I have never heard of a voice contract until this stupid scam and when she mentioned that she wanted me to record another voice contract I assumed she was apart of the scam too so I hung up on her. Now I receive phone calls from 4 different phone numbers all of them have area codes from Orange County CA but when I answer no one is there and then a few minutes later I get a call from the woman claiming to work for my attorney. She leaves very mean threatening messages and I get phone ccalls from her or one of her associates every 20-30 minutes between the hours of 11 am to 2 pm. If any of you have figured out how to make them stop please tell me how because it's very stressful and I do not feel like I  owe them any more money than i have already given them.
