CRC ripoff ENTER SWEEPSTAKES, SELLING MAGAZINES, FREE WATCH, scam CLEARWATER Florida
The only reason I called the card was I was expecting information from colleges and thought this was one that I filled out for. I called the number and Omar entered me into the sweepstakes then transfered me to Kevin (employee #753) who continued to try and sell me things. He then conned me into getting a free trial for 30 days that I can cancel. I gave him my credit card number.
After I got off the phone I thought about it and felt uneasy I called them back and the girl who answered, Felicia, said he was no longer there, when this was only five minutes later. She said to cancel I had to call the customer service line. I did and all that happened was a continual recording of music and please hold the line we will be right with you.
I gave up and called back. A girl named Danielle answered and said she couldn't help me I just had to continue calling the customer service line. She was fumbling around and I can tell something is not right. I am so upset. What do I do? I am going to call and cancel my card right away before they try to charge me.
