I am Jerry Davis, former C.E.O of Credcore. This rip off report from the Author Miami Florida is a hoax, a lie and if it is not, I ask that the author provide some proof that the transaction/event really happened. If the author can come forward a show that Crecore did not follow through with the disputes for inaccurate, out dated or UN verifiable information on their credit report. If this is the case then I, Jerry Davis will make it right. Credcore was a credit restoration company that would dispute derogative information on behalf of the consumer to all 3 of the major credit bureaus. The 3 bureaus would open investigations on all accounts that disputes were open on. If the information were out dated, inaccurate or UN verifiable, the federal law would require the account information to be removed from the file. Now if the information were accurate, the credit bureaus would verify the accuracy of the account and then update the account accordingly. The verification of validated negative credit accounts would sometime lead the lender, credit collection agency or account holder with the information to collect the money that was owed by the consumer. Credcore stayed with in federal laws and if items that were listed on ones credit file was legit, then the credit file would not change. Credcore has cease to exist for several years now and the words scam and con artist are strong words from anyone, especially if the one who is writing then is some one who has or have a credit score on their credit reports that shows that they have had a history of scamming and conning credit agency to loan them money and never pay them back. That is the scam here. If Credcore was unable to remove negative items off of Miami Florida's credit report, then that means they were legit. Sounds like the real con artist is the one who expects something for nothing. Its always someone else' fought right? Credcore has helped hundreds of people with legit credit report inaccuracies and the only the time the program didn’t work is when the items being disputed were accurate. The program worked for the people who needed it. It did not work for those who just didn’t pay their creditors and thought they could get the bad credit off their credit file so their credit score would rise and put them in position once again in getting lines of credit in which they did not deserve.
