First, the BBB is a rating service. They can't do anything to the company except send them a letter stating they've gotten a bad report from someone.
Second, if they had strong foreign accents they were more than likely from overseas, like India. If they call again tell them to contact you by mail only. They use Anglo-Saxon names like Bill Smith, John Jones, etc.
Third, get caller ID and don't answer your phone if you don't recognize the number and let the call go to voice mail.

CCS can not damage your credit for non-payment of your daughters debt unless you were a co-signer or joint account holder on the account. Did you open the account with her originally? If so, unless you cancelled that specific account, then you would be responsible for charges made to the account even if you never charged on it. The important thing to do is figure out how the account was opened originally.
However, if you were never a co-signer or joint account holder with your daughter, then they can not report negative information to the CRA on your report for her delinquency. If you were never a co-signer or joint account holder and CCS has threatened to ruin your credit, it sounds like an FDCPA violation to me. Check some of the credit sites like Bud Hibbs, or Debtorboards or CreditInfoCenter to see what to do to collect $$$ from CCS for these type of violations. They could end up paying you! Good luck to you.
