Sales Manager Anthony Parker and his salesman Ruben Vaughn with the Used Auto Department at www.creditcityautosalesusa.com are dishonest. I contacted them over the live help and email with regards to a vehicle listed on the internet. I requested to buy the car and they said it was available. After a few days when I got the money, they said the car was sold to another person and I should have applyed for it, that a verbal agreement is not enough. I found another car at www.creditcityautosalesusa.com aplied for it and bought it by sending a deposit, they said the delivery will take 6 days, it took 7 days and it came in the morning when I was working, they didn't want to hand over the paperwork to my wife, they said I have to be there. I kept the car because it was in very good condition but this company is very hard to deal with.
