Ive been with credit one bank as a credit card consumer for over a year. My balance is 300 and my minimum payment is 25. I have a 75 limit to cash withdrawal and no pin.

I recently came into a bind and my budget was off by TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS. However i planned to explain this to another bank, this had NOTHING to do with credit one! I PAID credit one however for whatever reason they just REFUSE to honor my credit union account and put them money BACK. Okay, i figured a miracle happened because no one is that STUPID and they were just going to charge me next month so i used that money to pay another card SINCE THEY PUT THE MONEY BACK!!!????

Okay so i pay another credit card with the TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS from the SAME credit union account and have had NO PROBLEMS. Alright, so some DAYS later credit one claims i never paid them, they claim that i made a late payment and they claimed my account information was wrong (IDIOTS). So im hit with automatic enrollment into a "credit protection" and am CHARGED for it yet when i try to envoke it they tell me that they have nothing to do with that, that it has NO benefits and is basically a separate entity. So naturally i dispute it. Okay so i tell them it says that i owe them double in february, credit protection fee which means nothing according to them and a 35 dollar late payment fee and the manager says that am NOT seeing my account information correctly and that i must pay NOW.

Okay so i told them that ill honor what i actually see and he basically said i owe now and i demand an investigation into WHY they took the money out of my account, placed it back in my account and then hit me with tons of fees and harrassment and they REFUSE to investigate their actions! I thought they had to by law???

So i tell them i wont take anymore calls and i will pay them more than minimum on the first of february. So the VERY NEXT DAY i check another account and they did an UNAUTHORIZED transaction as an authorized one and pnc is telling me their hands are tied. Isnt that FRAUD??? Anyway now i will accrew fees and interest on a bank account that had NOTHING to do with this! They just claimed i did automatic payments and OVERDREW MY ACCOUNT...not even the same account i paid from originally. For what was TWENTY FIVE FREAKING DOLLARS after i been with them in good standing for over a year!

At this point im considering just not paying at all...they STOLE from me because someone working for them is an idiot, they refused to investigate in good faith, NO ONE else us having problems recieving payments! I am in my third trimester and they are single handedly oblitherating my accounts. I am not giving them a dime! BE CAREFUL
