Credit Services ripoff fraud cheaters dishonest scam fraudulent Covina California
There were many problems ai had wiht this company. Fo rthe first six months they double billed me and each time I went in it took many days to get a manager to correct the problem and credit my account. They then would tell me the problem was fixed but it would happen again the next month.
They are just waiting for someone not to check that they were overbilled. They know that they are double billing and this is a scamm to make more money.
My original contract stated that they guarantee to have all negative credit info removed within a year or they will refund the money. This too is also a scam. They promise a credit rating of 700 though they never follow through.
From the start they never filed for my credit reports so i lost 60 days of my contract with nothing being done. After that I had several problems with not receiving the credit reports and each time they played dumb like they had done their part and eventually they would admit that they had not sent the information in.
They promise to challenge your credit information through the Arizona Courts System and they never follow through. I met with the owner/manager (Calvin I believe) several times and each time he tried to make it seem like i was holding up there progress.
I called his bluff each time and he then would say that he was going to follow through with my reports himself. Nothing was ever done.
In the end I realized that I just paid a company $1200 for a years worth of bait and switch. Nothing was ever done wiht the credit reports. I should have done a little research on them from the start. They have over 30 cases filed with the Better Business Bureau.
This is a deadbeat company and I hope that they end up getting prosecuted and shut down. I want a full reunf on my money!!!

I have now found another report of this same company ripping people off. If you do a search for "Credit Services" in Covina, CA you will find another report on them. Seems they are also opperating in Las Vegas wiht the same scam! Stay away form this company!
