Hello! I had five thousand scammed from me by these people as well and filed with BBB, Federal Trade Commission and Attorney General of Texas and have received no response from the last 2 agencies. I also was looking into starting a class action law suit, so maybe we can find all those 500+ people who filed with BBB and start action for breach of contract. Also, they are suing NBC to promote themselves and I am planning on contacting the headquarters to see how they can use their "news" as an advertising medium for a fraudulent company. Did they do any research?

To whoever posted this: I think I could be of some assistance!! I am an ex-employee of Credit Solutions based out of Texas. I worked there quite some time and too feel like it is an exact replica of the movie 'Boiler Room'. Many employees actually have the DVD sitting at their desk while talking to clients on the phone. I worked in Sales and was the person on the phone persuading clients to join the program. I do agree with what you are saying and could be very useful if you are following through with your case. As you can see there is almost 800 complaints on here and just reached 400 complaints on the Better Business Bureau. Please contact me if you have any questions or need any assistance. Please help me. I am up to my ears in stress over this. I have been on the phone for hours, making headway, but would appreciate any advice on how to get my money back. what else can I do? They lied to me and my credit is ruined!

Marty, Creditors cannot just get judgements against you or anyone else. You MUST first be sued, and lose. Then they can get a judgement against you which they still have to find a way to collect on. FYI. These types of operations are ALL scams and should be avoided. Always get any promoises made in writing, as verbal promises never happened! Furthermore, creditors will not even think about dealing with these companies until you are at least 90 days delinquent on your debts. Also understand that NO CREDITOR will accept a 40-60% payoff. It is cheaper for them to sue you and do a garnishment. Think about it! Just common sense here.

I deal with them daily. Im a collections rep. I give debtors the name of this site so they can see the complaints about this company Credit Solutions and see that Im not playing games. Simply put. We have done confrence calls with the debtor on the phone, SILENT, and we spoke with CS, they would claim no money, or no contact or some silly situation. Some times the debtor who is suppose to stay quiet. jumps on extremely upset that they have lied. Other times we have had the debtor call, and we stay silent to see what they say about us. they claim no contact with us, no fax sent, oh they want. maybe 1,000 more than what we actually offered etc. we immediatly jump on the phone saying "THank goodness we called!" we have had them hang up on us because of this. trap? but its your right to know what this company is doing to your money. I can keep you posted on every time i speak with them. In all honestly, Im surprised they answer when i call because i have no mercy for them after I saw them excuse my language, screw this 75yr old man who got a judgement placed against him. I have had them down right lie to debtors after i speak with them and tell them look this is what is happening. i have even given dates and times and names of people we spoke to who claim they spoke to the debtor and the debtor has no idea what Im speaking about. So i tell them to call, and they tried to tell this woman that they spoke to her! 4 times! in a week! she lit them up she said. Hope this helps. Let me know if you want more situations!
