After two days of fighting with their accounts personnel, the supervisor reviewed the phone calls and after I went to my creditor and got thier log of events I was given a full refund. Sadley, they never returned any calls that they said they would and the supervisor never did talk to me. I am expecting an e-mail within the hour to confirm my refund. If you talk to these accounts reps, make sure you have every event and date and person you talk to. They will drill you and try to find the smallest crack in your claim. But, if you press hard enough, they will help you. Good luck to everyone that is going through this issue. Also, if they don't help you, go to the Dallas BBB and file a complaint with them and write to the Texas Attorney General. It might also help to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, so that if they get enough complaints, the governement will step in.

I have read all the complaints made about Credit Solutions and can tell you that I have also experienced the same situation with this company. They are very misleading and totally misrepresent what they are all about. I too have invested over $500 and have never received a call from them. I am now 6 months over due on all of my bills, which is embarrasing, my credit score has gone down over 100 points and have had to call all my creditors on my own to come to some sort of payment arrangement with them. I thought that's what I hired them for. Either way, I am in a worse situation now than when I started and have all these late charges, overlimit fees, etc. assessed. If I knew this is how it was I would have contacted all my creditors to begin with and made arrangements with them. This company is not looking out for the debtor's best interest, they are stealing, jeopardizing everyone's credit and claim they are working on your behalf and really aren't. None of my creditors were ever contacted and I have letters from each creditor indicating that and will use in the event a lawsuit arises. I believe we should all get together and bring about a class action lawsuit.
