I, too, have a report filed on this company. When I realized the mistake I had made, I cancelled my contract. Then, I sent a very detailed email to the Better Business Bureau explaining my complaint. Use all the FACTS you can remember, including any bank charges, etc. Within a couple of days, Credit Solutions called me with an offer of a settlement. The offer was 60% of what I had paid them. I was in such a bind that I accepted. When I accepted the offer, which was for $800.00, I had not calculated 60%, which would have been more like $1,200.00. At any rate, the money was in my account the next day. Unfortunately, you will have to sign a waiver promising not to sue them for any more money. (I almost wish I had not signed). I then found this site, and made a report. I then contacted the Attorney General of Texas. If you just type that into your browser you can find a place to report a company. I then made a report to the Federal Trade Commission. Just type that into the browser, and you will find a place to file a complaint. A good friend of mine was taken for much more, and she is about to contact the media. MSNBC did a piece on this company. Maybe we should all contact them. Maybe even Oprah? Hope this helps. MS
