Rip-off Report Investigation:

Credit Solutions gets a POSITIVE RATING in customer support from the Rip-off Report. They are continuing to show their constant commitment to provide excellent customer service. Credit Solutions has done everything in their power to make sure that all their customers are happy, and continue to resolve any possible issues that could arise. Credit Solutions contacted us to resolve any issues and mostly misunderstandings being posted by former employees who had been let go from the company due to lack of performance. With over 750 employees and nearly 70,000 clients in a constantly changing and often difficult business, Credit Solutions is bound to be the subject of complaints.

Rip-off Report's investigation found that most complaints had already been resolved, and in many cases it was just a misunderstanding, but more importantly also found that Credit Solutions was prompt to make things right. Credit Solutions went above and beyond with their 100% satisfaction guarantee to provide help to almost 70,000 families get out of debt. Credit Solutions is committed to resolving complaints quickly and doing everything possible to satisfy its clients. It also takes appropriate action against any of its representatives who are found to have conducted themselves in a less than perfect manner and rewards employees who give service above and beyond to their clients We believe that the number of complaints against this company, whether through the Internet or other channels, is very small when put into the context of its size and the nature of their business. Most debt settlement companies would never commit themselves like Credit Solutions has to the Rip-off Report Corporate Advocacy Program. They are a unique shining example of commitment to the customer in their field of work. Read our investigative report and Credit Solutions of America 100% commitment to customer satisfaction.

Credit Solutions Of America A ripoff yes, but you can get SOME restitution Addison Texas

I too was one of the many who thought this company would finally help with my credit situation. There sales pitch was good and they knew exactly what to say to get me to bite.

After three months of paying their "fee", which I was led to believe would go towards bills, I started getting letters from attorneys concerning court dates. Of course calls to CSA were always answered by different individuals with a different story (but the same theme, "Don't worry we're taking care of it.") But nothing seemed to be happening.

After getting some calls at work by the attorneys, I finally took action and called the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commision, and my State Attorney General. I received a frantic call from a CSA representative a couple days later and they pleaded with me to give them a week. They would call me back and have resolutions from all my creditors. I waited the week, nothing, so I called them back. Again, no response from the person I had originally talked to, got someone different, but with in 10 minutes I had an agreement to have 80 percent of what I had given them returned.

I agreed to terms, faxed a letter and had my money back in about three days. The agreement I signed was sent to the BBB and my State Attorney General by CSA, so they must feel the heat when you contact these agencies.

My creditors have been very helpful and I am glad to say I'm back on track, no thanks to CSA who cost me a few months of agnoy, a few thousand in late fees and about $400 I didn't get back from CSA.

By the way, most of the late fees were taken off by my creditors -- except Capital One (I smell another Ripoff Report).

My advice is to contact the BBB, FTC and your State Attorney General, all it takes is a few minutes of your time (most can be done online) and it seems CSA will cave to the pressure. Good Luck!
