I have been trying for 3 weeks to purchase some software from Ashampoo.com. I have done business with them for some time. CreditOne Bank decided that I can no longer purchase from Ashampoo and after many calls and assurances, I am still unable to make my purchase. I called their "Customer Service" number (which is in India) and eventually got a Manager named 'Michael'. He assured me I could go ahead with my purchase this one time. While this resolves my immediate problem, I will not be able to buy upgrades or renew licenses after this. I did some research and located their headquarters in Las Vegas. Upon calling the banks headquarters I was told that there was no fraud restriction regarding Ashampo and the representative cleared my account. I was told I would be able to complete my transaction within 24 hours. We'll see what happens. Updates to follow.
