Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I tried twice to get my 3in1 credit report and I payed for it both time plus the credit monitering. Both times they said I gave the wrong info and I should know my self better than them.

The first time I called them the girl got real rude with me and said she would refund me for the credit report and I need to try and redo it so as soon as I hung up today I redid it once more and it told me I gave the wrong info so I called back and talked to a guy and said this was a bunch of crap that it has dont this to me twice and that I wanted my money back he said he would refund it and I said I also want my money for the credit monitering back also and he said it wasnt refundable so what he is telling me is that I am screwed out of my money and it will suprise me if I get the other money back.

I will be talking to my bank about getting my money back and if I would of known about this web site first I would of known not to use them. I hope everyone in the world sees this and never uses them

PROTECT YOURSELF FROM AUTOMATIC BILLING CROOKS

#4Consumer Suggestion

Wed, August 01, 2007

Well this is my opinion and is NOT advice or instructions. E-mail the company one time to tell them you want to cancel their services and end the automatic billing. Then call your credit card or bank card customer service and explain that you have canceled the service. Your credit card company will credit back to you all of the charges for up to six months. Report your credit card or bank card as lost or stolen, cut the card up or write the word stolen on it (in BIG LETTERS) and don't use it. The point of reporting your credit card lost or stolen is because the federal law states the bank is barred from using THAT credit card number, nothing goes thru. The bank will issue you a new card; usually you get the new card in 7-10 business days. With a new card no one can charge it unless you give them the account number. Remember First E-mail the cancellation request. Second Call your credit card company, explain that you canceled the service, tell the bank you e-mailed them to cancel the charges and get your money back. Third Call back later and report your card lost or stolen your bank will issue you a new card. They can NOT automatically bill your credit card if they don't have the credit card number. I had a problem with Discovery COSMEO, Vongo and Amazon.com (800) 201-7575 issuing automatic payments to my credit card account and Amazon.com on my debit card with the bank. I had to learn the hard way, in all cases I got all my money back plus over limit fees. I was charged due to these automatic charges. I got all NEW cards that was the only way to stop them with their automatic charges. In all cases I had called and e-mailed the company to cancel the transactions, to no avail, why would they stop charging you YOU ARE their ATM (Automatic Thieving your Money). They won't stop then you stop them. Get a new card where they don't have the card number and get all the charges they have placed on your account back. You can go back up to six (6) months and get your money back.
