AVOID this apartment complex. Manager is an unprofessional, rude and hateful person. Walks around at night looking in peoples cars. Charges you for a parking permit. Insisted on people only parking in certain areas but then other areas sit empty. Threatens to tow tenants vechiles on a regular basis.
Constantly posts letters about rules but her motto is do as I say not as I do. She does background checks on residents but her own daughter (Tina) lives in the complex and has a (((REDACTED))).
People have commented about items missing from apartments.
Raises rent with out notice. The apartment themselves are outdated. Awful smells from the hallways. Old appliances. Never paints between people moving in and out and when they do paint they take it out of previous renters deposit.
Speaking of deposits -- GOOD LUCK getting it back. She will make up any excuse to not give it to you.
Run from this complex.
