If u think Crescent Bank and Trust is unfair to u as a customer ! Then become an employee : to be told that if u can't collect on your account's they will get a college student to replace u . An not to mention being harrassed by some of the Asst. Managers, an talked to like a dogg out in the street. An what ever the manager's tell u they go to the other manager's an laugh about it. An let's talk about unethical business practice's at the end of the month just to make there bonus some of the collector's have been known to run the customer's checks without the customer premission to ensure that they make not just there personal bonus but also a team bonus as well! An investigation took place which lead to a top manager and a asst. manager as well as some collectors getting fired . But this event never hit the media . If you try an collect on your accounts honestly an do not make your goal they will eventual fire u an they will lie to you an tell you that u can go an file for unemployment an they are not going to fight u, but then they will fight you an makeup a lot of lies about you to keep u from getting your unemployment.
They throw everything @ u except the kitchen sink! They will also black ball you to keep you from getting a job which is what I am experiencing. While employed by crescent bank and trust I started experience severe anxiety attack's. If u were someone with an type of Illness that required u to go to the Dr. they would really put prssure on you and write you up. They would also give you tardies going to an coming from you Dr. appointment's........I applied for a job with a company that is hiring for all position: an the lady that interviewed me is friends with Mrs. Amanda Chopin Brinkley an they also go to church together the lady made a point of asing me if I knew Ms.Brinkley? So apparently they had already talked about me an she wasted my time knowing that she already had a pre-formed opinion of me an that she was going to give mje the job even thou I am very qualified for the job.........So trust me I do know what the customer are talking about

this company repose my car for one pymt and half ive talked to them several time they are so unprofessional in their business and how they talk to their customers i would never recommend this company to anyone . my truck is almost paid off is this why

1.Hired to do a job and expect you to meet the goals of that job. Wow wouldn't expect a company to do that.
2. Some managers and agents caught doing wrong and fired? Boy some company that is.
3. If you're fired for reason (such as not meeting job goals) you don't get unemployment.
4. Could be she asked if you knew Ms Brinkley to see if you had been employed by Crescent.
5. Just because the company has positions and you feel you are qualified, the company isn't obligated to hire you.
