Cresent Bank And Trust robbed me of extra payments made monthly New Orleans Louisiana
I purchased a truck from Crescent Bank and Trust in New Orleans in may 2004. they charged me 19% intrest and they STOLE extra payment money that I paid every month on my Truck. I mailed in payments of 500.00 every month on a 376. loan its now 4 years later and they still show me as owing over 7000. on this truck ( I paid 18,800. total) I show the truck was paid off last year. when I asked what happened to all the extra $$ I paid every month they play stupid and say "what extra money?" I have bank records proving the extra payments. Currently they are trying to repossess my truck!!
They KNOW I made the extra payments and they are set up to rob people. It is obviously a consperacy with that high intrest bank to steal from what they presume as unsophisticated borrowers or folks without perfect credit. They should be put in prison!!
