Cresent Bank & Trust - Nealy Brown Most Unprofessional CompanI have ever dealt with, Beware New Orleans Louisiana
This has to be the most unprofessioanl bank i have ever dealt with. These people need to be put out of business, they have ni idea on how to deal with people. I called them to let them know i was going to be late on a payment, also that i was helping my father out on some bills , my mother has recently passed. Ms. Nealy Brown whom i'm speaking about told me how dare me drive her car and not pay. she also said and i quote "my mother has passed and life must go on and your mother passing is HOGWASH". I'm so mad now.
So i went yesterday and traded in that vehicle on another one. Yes i lost some here but its worth it not to have to deal with Cresent Bank. I called cresent bank an spoke with Ms. Brown to inform her that i have traded the vehicle and her response was you better pay anyways. I informed her that i was filing a complaint against her with her company and also with the Better Business Bereau in New Orleans. I have read lots of compliants agaisnt this company and it seems like this is the way they do business, what a shame.
