I work for cricket and just to let you know when a call does go to voicemail it does charge $1 and you would be unlimited all that day. The reason for that is because if we allowed everyone to do that just get calls to voicemail then everyone would just let all their calls go to voicemail and add $1 a month....how is that fair?

Anthony -
My name is Mark and I work for Cricket in the PAYGo group. We received a link to your issue report yesterday and we would really like to assist you with the problem you are reporting.
If you are still being charged for calls that you do not answer, please contact me ASAP at 720-266-1148 (this is not a standard support number, rather it is a number that will be answered directly by me and will be disconnected as soon as I'm able to provide you my permanent contact information) and I will do what I can to help you resolve this issue.
We're very interested in helping resolve any issues that our customers are experiencing with their Cricket PAYGo service and we do our best to resolve those issues via our regular Customer Care department at 1-800-Cricket, but from time to time an issue such as yours arises where we need to work outside our standard processes to resolve the issue. To that end, I'm making myself avaialble to you to resolve this issue.
Thank you,
Mark

As a former employee with Corporate Cricket Stores (08/09) now working for Cricket Dealers (08/09), the Pay-Go services are ONLY billed when a "trigger" is set off which are: you answer a call, make a call, receive a text, send a text, check voicemail, surf the internet or send a picture message. Depending on rather you picked the $1, $2 or $3 per day charge, accessing one of the mentioned activities "triggers" that charge. There is no way that you were charged for service if one of the "triggers" mentioned above didn't happen.
If you go into any Cricket Corporate Store, they can pull up your account in Vast and show you when a "trigger" occurred. You should try that.
