I placed a call on 4/10/10 asking to set up a bridge payment, and if i could be given more time to pay the rest of my bill. i was told that if i went into a cricket store on 4/11/10 before 6:00pm and paid 17 dollars that my serivce would not be interrupted and that i would have til 4/15/10 to pay the rest of my bill. i went in on 4/11/10 at 3:57 pm and made a bridge payment of 17 dollars. my confrimation ID is QPAYWP132484414. on 4/12/10 at about ten thirty eleven o'clock my service went off. so i had to drive to my grandmothers house and place a call to cricket thru her phone as they will not let you get in contact with them on a phone that has been discontinued. the first Rep that i spoke too apolygized to me in advance before i told him why i was calling, he seemed like he was new as i was put on hold over three times...he began telling me he could turn my phone back on, then stated he could not turn my phone back on becuz instead of paying $17 i should i paid $34 because i have two lines on my acct. fully understanding that i absolutely had no prob paying the other half to get my phones turned back on...but after one last time of putting me on hold i was hung up on. so i called back and this time i spoke to a women with a slight accent but i could understand her more...she told me that in order for me to get my phone's cut back on i would have to pay a full payment of 81.01, and a pass due balance of 87.76..which added all together is 175.77...minus the 17 i paid already i have a balance of 158.77...she really wouldn't answer my question about who i can talk to to reslove this prob becuz i was mis informed by one of the reps...and i said if i would of known it was $34 to keep my phones on i would not have paid 17 dollars if that wasn't going to keep my phone on..i would of paid the $34...she told me she would love to cut my phone back on bcuz of the mis com. but the kind of system they have can't cut phones back on..so i laughed and said but if i had the 81 dollars to pay to you over the phone right now you would be able to cut it back on...her reply..yes...she also said that she was going to write my case number down and refer it to her super for the morning of 4/13/10...the company has made alot of bad air for themselves..this is not my first bad incident with them..if i was informed to pay the right amt then i would not have had my phones cut off, a ten dollar fee added bcuz the acct is overdue, and my next month payment wouldn't make my balance look so high..last month my bill was 78...by the time that phone call ended i ended up paying $92....cricket have been ripping ppl off for a long time...PLEASE LETS DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS...like i said this isn't first bad experience...like two months ago i set up another bridge payment and missed the day i was spose to pay it so my phone got cut off so i went and paid it the following day..i believe i paid 25 dollars...they took my money and my phone still did not come back on...a few calls to customer support and i was told to just give it more time...my last time calling i was told that i can not have my phone cut back on bcuz i missed my bridge payday..and now in order to get it back on i hav to pay the full balance...and my money was non refundable..please help me out...if you would contact my email...i am buliding a group to help fight this company..i would like your help
