Cricket Wireless Jasper wireless Bait and Switch Nationwide
Oct 2016 we switch providers from Verizon to cricket. When purchasing our 5th line with unlimited data for a hotspot ,we asked repeatedly if there was any hidden cap ,if the data would ever be caped ,that we would be using about 2000gb a month would we ever be slowed down or capped. And repeatedly we were told by the employee "no " never" you have a hotspot device you will be fine this is truly unlimited " . In April 2017 we receive a text stating our unlimited will be capped start at the end of the month it will no longer be unlimited 4g it will be throttled down after 22gb . Baited ,hooked, then switched to something other than what was promised.
