I purchased three cell phones back in Oct 2014 expecting a rebate back for the phones. I called to check my status serveral times in December 2014 and Jan 2015 the response was still processing. I check again in feb2015 the new response was I did not qualify due to the fact I failed to pay my second payment. This can not be true and if this was the case why did it take five months to tell me this. Cricket is a fruad I just want my rebate back and I no longercwish to have any type of service with them. I have been with cricket since 2003 and this is how they treat a loyal customer they difinietly do not deserve my service or any other loyal customers service!!! They have lured a lot of customers in with this false advertisement and something needs to be done about it. It is unfair and unacceptable behavior that should not be tolerated by a nationwide business.
