I called to cancel and a week later this heavy box was delivered anyway. I called and was told that there was no record of my call. I also called the customer service line for weeks and finally sent an email asking for a call back. I am disabled so I don't know how I am supposed to return this item but I will certainly try. I will also put this information online for anyone else who might also fall for this scam. I asked that the seed order I place be cancelled as well however, I don't have very high hopes as to the honesty of this company.
