One more thing, all of the shoes at CrispyKicks are indeed fakes. Just thought you should know, http://crispykicks.com/policy.php if you look under general information on the link I posted it will state that the shoes are factory variants which means they are of such poor quality that Nike will not sell them to a wholesale vendor, these shoes are intended to be destroyed, but instead CrispyKicks buys them and sells them under wholesale names. This company steals your money and wastes your time! $70.00 for fake shoes? No, thank you!

The customer service rep, Jan, refuses to refund me what I am owed by the company for their mistake. So I feel it is my duty to help all of you that have been fooled by CrispyKicks as well. I'm filing a lawsuit against them and will also be trying to start a class-action lawsuit against them for people who have experienced same or similar circumstances as listed:
the product received was not as described
a refund was promised and never received
a dispute left unresolved due to their "policy agreement"
unresolved issues relating to their customer service
All four examples are cases of fraud, punishable by law, anyone interested in pursuing this case in an effort to receive money owed please contact me by email at (((ROR redacted))) international or state laws apply so do not feel that you are not entitled to your money. Thanks
