Cross Country Bank ripoff Boca Raton? Florida
Cross Country Bank are the biggest crooks around. I have charged a total of $95. on this card and now somehow my bill is close to $900.
I asked them if they would please send me a copy of my bill as i have not received my new one in the mail but that would have costs me three dollars per copy of the new bill. This is after i paid long distance charges in order to talk with them.
My credit was perfect until i got this card. I can't seem to pay it down and no matter how early i send the payment in it never gets to them on time so tack on a late fee plus an overlimit fee. Also they are charging me for a cash advance that i never took. Please what ever you do stay away from these people.

Maybe Amy was contacted by a different company using Cross Country as ONE(1) of their names. You know like MasterCard falls under a lot of other titles? I have never had any problems with this company as far as my payments, etc. is concerned. Also, did Amy actually read her contract through?

I also have a Cross country bank Credit card. I do pay all of my credit cards online. Cross country is one of the banks that offer online payment service. So far I haven't had any trouble with them posting my payment ontime. You can pay the same day that it's due and it will post that same day. I have been doing this for awhile now and so far no problems with CC bank. I suggest for most of these credit card companies that you pay online. You can print out a receipt and have confirmation of payment made. Jamie
