This one is odd and long but worth the read.



After doing a significant amount of travel, I was tired, as most of you would be, I arrive at this location to check in for my month long ++ stay.

I am greeted by an oriental man at the front desk who asks if he can help me. The whole process starts to look like a confidence game with a little too much personality and drama.

I am asked a few questions that I found to be too personal in nature and not at all related to our relation or his need to know. As in are you working? etc.

I offer I have a reservation and he does little to confirm it overall. He then offers to shorten it to their weekly rate which is of course more.

In that asking we are doing a week at $375 per week?

Too much dialog and disputation ongoing from the start.

I have agreed to and am willing to give this person a guaranteed booking and payment of over 30 days at over $43 per day.

Why turn that down?

These people act as though they are desperate for the money but don't want it. As in they need to steal money and call it taxes since their kids are starving at home.

But they would rather take less money and not more. And then wait longer for no reason for it.

Seems odd and vanity stinks.

I said no we are doing what we agreed to do, since the price breaks on stays of 28 days or more.

We are doing what the rez sez. How rash, odd.

I iterated the amounts again to him and he agreed to them.

This confirms what I guessed would go on later with shills around me in that this is a con game and offer of more three card monte.

This corporate body already has a problem overall this way but these people don't know that or who I am.

My line of thinking starts to want to offer him a lifelong stay in Leavenworth Prison but I bite my lip as of now. They can break rocks there with their fists.

The verbal drivel goes on with him for a few minutes more and he accepts my form of payment and provides a key card and WIFI pass code and I go to the room wondering, wow... this stinks.....

Man in the middle con to begin with. Chicanery and more forms of trickery etc.

When I enter the room I notice that the floor is covered in a slimy layer of dark gray dirty mop water as though it has been applied all over the floors including kitchen and bath areas.

I take a towel and wipe an area after making it damp, the towel turns black.

My room is non smoking. I learn right away the two adjacent rooms on left and right are non smoking also. People are in them acting as book ends hanging around outside and smoking pot, and cigarettes and tossing butts into the parking lot from our third floor balcony. Lovely.

At night the dope smoke comes into the room via the AC and other holes on the walls and this begins to look intentional and as designed by the staff here. I wake up tasting it.

Later I see I am right. This is directed at me to harm me.

What is on the floor, what is in the smoke, what is done to the food and things like milk and coffee left in room while I am out doing my business etc?

Those who do this and support such horrid crimes will tamper with food and steal money and tell lies.

Behaviours get worse with the same residents (shills) bashing heavy objects onto the floors for no good reason, shaking them and causing constant woofer like THUD, THUD, THUD THUD THUD THUD.... over and over and over again. Nonsense.

Likely done to cover the next problem or blame me for them:

Ongoing concerns arise consistent with other locations and hotels who do some form of Electronic based harassment of guests using audio sampling devices and transducers that reproduce noise in parking lot, such as loud door slams and trunk slams, as well as exhaust notes into parts of the walls shaking.

A form of abuse in other words.

This and the lies and theft ends the problem in total.

And it ruins the corporate body since they are at fault and have knowledge.

It also ruins local law since they are involved and have knowledge.

Police have no authority to do this, to be vigilantes, or to ask others to do this.

I after checking in notice that what I was billed is over the amount the reservation indicates for the daily rate as well as the taxes, so something is wrong.

No receipt was provided to me when I checked in.

Not that this matters since later on I see that the receipts are of no value as they don't indicate room number, dates of stay, how long the room is paid for, and the numbers are misleading and have no meaning overall.

Gibberish.

I call the front desk and talk to night manager and she begins to say that the rates do change, I said well this is really not an issue since I have a reservation with more booked later on that all say same thing, daily rate is what we agreed to.

She recants and admits I am right. She verified the daily rate which I was quoted and that he agreed to as being right. So we are done.

She confirms he increased that for 30+ of the other days beyond the first few. Theft.

I make new bookings that night and prove me right again, same daily rate to end of year even.

Again that does not matter either since it was discussed at front desk with the person checking me in. He agreed to it then lied and stole the money. Done.

Based on this I send an email to their email address provided on the web site as well as the manager's biz card.

Overall they have taken taxes for a room that is booked and paid beyond 30 days, and California law does not allow that.

And with that they have modified the price, and lied to me about it, and then as I predict now, will do more sleight of hand to obfuscate what they are stealing and why, and with that misrepresent State in doing that.

It is not up to them to determine law.

There is an ongoing concern here for me in another state related to denial of service and theft of taxes.

I live in hotels since I am a victim of horrid crime in other places.

This is why we come here.

I don't come here to pay you or them for them.

They can't know that here, nor can they act on it and pretend to found their felonies and wrong doing to support it. This is not up to them.

Now this is their fault.

Why pay for another person's or State's crimes?

Now they do. Since they broke the law AND associated or made offers of motive for these reasons. This is what this about. Vanity. Premeditation.

There is a script here and they placed me in this room and these people near me to make this circus and parade what it is. Oops.

Treating victims like fools does not make us one, nor does it make right the wrong that these and other people do to us.

Finding fault with, or denigrating character of children and victims you harm does not allow you or others to break the law to needlessly harm them anew.

Child harms to me are INCREDIBLY severe and include torture, mayhem and rape.

These people are acting on that and use it to offer duress and threat etc.

Drivel in other words.... I respond to say I'd need a better idea what you are doing, the amounts of monies being returned, when and how this is done. This is a lot of money.

I tell her to be specific and iterate amounts and what is being done when and how and where etc.

I get this in response later on. More drivel.....

This is of no use at all, so now I call her on the phone to ask for details.

Some people are too important to admit they are wrong.

I need to know if this goes back on my card etc.

She does more haggling and sleight of hand, indicates that rates do change, that if I extend she would need to check me out and back in and I pay taxes again.

I said this makes no sense since there is no reason to do it and the law says contiguous stays at this address. She is covering the problem up.

Doing that says she makes and enforces tax laws, she does not. And they can't allow that either.

Not up to her to decide I pay taxes for no good reason. Law does not allow that.

She offers double talk, lies, inaccurate statements, and offers to mislead me and misrepresent the problem in total.

This proves overall that there is no way possible to live there or do biz with them since you can't book a room and extend it. Without having them break the law anew etc.

Then she makes some offer to credit me back and then says to come down and just pay. Which is her offer of doing this again under duress as will be done to you when you check in while doing travel here. Right.

I don't work well with people who lie, steal money, threaten me, take advantage of other horrid crime, then say I have no choice but to "JUST PAY".

Wrong answer honey.....

Manipulation on another State's crimes and denials of service, pandering on their want to say I can't reside there, her want to change that, place onus to perform upon me where there is none, etc.

I left and they said I had to. They pay & so do you and now she pays too.

That ends it for CA also since they took money etc and did crime. For this reason and more.

Now these people decide they can "fix" it by hitting me with their fist.

WRONG ! ! !

This is a death penalty case. There are murders here of children. State is at fault so are Police. Oops..

No want to address the mistake, theft, of the money, almost $100, that he overbilled me and did so since he wanted to change the room rate to be $3.xx more for all but the first 4 days of the room booking. Makes no sense.

These people are liars and thieves.

I'd never be on wrong side of this problem. There is no view contrary to my position. Won't be one ever. No defense for acts done to me here or there.

They already admit guilt. And proved as much also. These people won't and can't change that. Just the notion of supporting that is beyond perverse and for reasons it is being done. The crimes beneath are atrocity.

I go down a few days before the end of the first booking and pay to renew, and have the night manager make good on Shaima's word and am given a receipt that makes no sense at all, and an offer that this was turned into extra days of credit on the rez, etc. Makes no sense either. It is a dollar amount due back to me. That never should have been taken from me at all.

So now fractional dollar amounts get lost when they are quantized into complete days of stay being over $43.xx per day, more crapola.

This is obscene.

Now I am told there is some kind of residual for this location which is also wrong, State law does not allow it.

Again an offer to 1/2 validate their theft up front after the fact.

And a want to say other State has claim against you.

They can't collect since they are to blame and they waited and hoped to rely on that to allow others to get away with the crimes as these people do.

Blaming others does not allow you or anyone else to break the law.

Based on other behaviours, and use of shills, and other guests, this appears to be directed at me personally as some form of gaslighting.

These are intentional, wrongful acts, and we as guests (gusts, pun intended) or victims don't pay to suffer this kind of wrong doing and abuse.

It is harassment and abusive and designed to cause injury related to showering, the water is far too hot here, done to cause slips and falls on wet floors, and burns related to cooking with hot fluids etc.

We don't pay for that.

The right amount of this is of course ZERO.

We don't pay to support the install and maintenance of such frauds and the equipment needed to make this work.

And we don't suffer the harms.

It interferes with other legitimate and legally installed systems such as security, fire, sprinklers, smoke alarms, elevator, etc.

The audio sampling went haywire the other day I forgot to mention and during a wind storm began to shake the floors and walls here so hard and so long, many many complete cycles for as long as 5 seconds, it tells me that this fraud is out of hand in total.

Also of note is the phones here, likely some badly designed VOIP or Internet based phone does not work. Pick up the phone and cycle the tip/ring switch and 99% of the time you get no dial tone.

The problem is with the head end system in the office, not the phones in the rooms and I can tell that. So this affects again, ALL other residents and customers here.

This can go on for many many many attempts to hang up and get a dial tone.

Making it all but impossible to use the phone.

Not good.

So with the intentional wrong doing, and harassment scams going on, that prove them at fault, beyond that these people will never admit they are wrong.

Manager is guilty now also since she decided to negotiate on it and really should have made it right and offered an apology.

No contrition, just more wrong doing and lies. Then more theft. etc.
