Crowd Mountain Revolution Tilt - Michelle MacPhearson Promises and No Delivery Georgetown, California
I signed up for the Boot-camp series, which is a series of videos and pdf files on how to get started marketing on the internet. I found this 6-week series quite useful, however Crowd Mountain has no support past this point and having a membership past the 6-week series serves no purpose.
One of the promises of the program is to do an evaluation of the web site that you develop using their methods. There was no support in this manner offered by anyone in the company.
The support is poor to non-existent and the tools that they offer for increasing links on the web site have never made any links for my site. Michelle is arrogant and flips off any questions that I have, so direct support from the owner of the site is disappointing and non-existent.
The company continues campaigns to upsell other products that have marginal or no value for SEO like Free Traffic System and Traffic Bug by Michael Roberts. They appear to keep people on so they can milk more money out of subscribers.
Last, but certainly not least, is that I sent a notice of quitting. I didn't trust them as far as actually stopping to take money out of my account, so I changed my credit card number. Sure enough, about 5 days after I had cancelled my credit card, they tried to take money out of my account - several times. So don't trust them with your credit card because they don't honor your cancellation request.
